CHANDLER, Arizona
Chandler Rapist in custody, police say --(Arizona Republic)--/Police believe they have arrested the man who has been stalking and raping young girls in Chandler for nearly two years. Officials confirmed Santana Batiz Aceves, 39, is thought to be the "Chandler Rapist.
