Police: No suspects in Nolan killing--(The Capital Times)--Madison police on Monday said they believe Kelly Nolan 's killer is still somewhere in the area, but maintained they have no suspects in the investigation. How both of those things could be true -- how detectives can have a hunch about the location of someone they say they have not identified -- was not fully explained in the first public briefing on the case since July 12.
